account is locked out

    Is there a known issue with passwords today? We have reset our password multiple times and it still says we are locked out due to too many attempts even though no one is attempting it.

    We don't have any reports with passwords issues, this was the first one.

    I have tried pulling an account using your email address however, I can't seem to find any information.

    Can you please share your account username so that we can check?
