How to change UI language on the thank you page and email notifications?

    Hi there,

    I would like to show my visitors a thank you page in the language that they chose on the form.

    Is this possible?


    The same question for the confirmation email.


    If the above aren't possible, I will have to make both in my own end. However, for the thank you page, I don't think I will receive the form fields, nor the selected language.
    Likewise, in the API I can't see the selected language either.


    Please advise.

    Hi Franklin,

    You can do quite easily using our conditional logic. That is, if the form is multilingual, then you will have another conditional option available, which is the language of the form. Please check this guide below:

    This guide explains about the thank you page, but you can use the same approach for the CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT condition as well to send email notifications based on form language selected.

    thanks for your answer. Your solution for the Thank You Page works perfectly.


    Only for the email, I understand that I have to create different confirmation emails. However, when creating a confirmation email, I don't see an option to not send the confirmation email.

    So now, I receive 2 confirmation emails in 2 different languages when I submit the form.

    How can I make sure that only the email language that I choose in the 'Conditional logic' is sent?

    Hi Niko,

    I found out what went wrong.

    I didn't have a conditional setting for the confirmation email yet. In this case, all the different confirmation emails are sent.

    Now I have a condition for each language, and only one email is send per submission.


    So this works great!
