    Hi, I need to downgrade my account and get my money back. THe organization is going to repurchase again on our formal account.

    Upon your request, I have cancelled your bronze yearly subscription plan and processed the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 3-5 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
