Issues with form conditions: a random page appears instead of the first one

    Hi,

I built this form for my online classes on bullying:

    https://form.jotform.com/202994266233257

There is this random section on page 5 of the form which has "Save, back, next" on it - how do I get rid of it?

Also, it is possible to get rid of the background on this form, it seems too childish, my audience is teens. Or can you recommend another form template with a clear background which has the same information on it? I don't have the patience or skills to build this from scratch.

    Thanks

    Kalyani

    Hello Kalyani,

The Page Break element (section with the save, next, and back buttons) is showing by default on all of a form's pages, so users can easily navigate back and forth within your form.

I believe you are referring to the issue that when you preview (or fill out) your form, only a section appears.

This is because you have conditions that control the display of some sections of your form; those conditions appear to be incorrect.

I have cloned your form and tweaked it a little. I invite you to test my demo form by clicking here.

Here are the conditions I have used:

There are three "Child's Name" fields, and they correspond to the child's position in the form (1st, 2nd, 3rd).

If you like my demo form, feel free to clone it!

Let us know if that helps,

    Thank you!

P.S.: I have addressed your question about the background image in this thread.

    Simon,

You are a genius! Thank you!!! I cloned your form, it was the easiest for me especially because I am in a time crunch to get this done. Thank you so so so much!!

    One more question -

how do I change my password on this account, I used Google to sign in (not my email) and I don't remember my password.

    Thanks

    Kalyani
