Password Recovery: every time I get the reset email, it says password has expired.

    I am trying to recover my password for Single Track Healthcare. I get the email but I go to get the code and it says the reset password has expired. I need some help. I've tried 4 times.

    Hi Connie,

    I've checked your account email bo*****, and there's an only a guest account using that email. Presumably, that's a reason why password reset codes don't work.

    Are you trying to recover password for the account which is related to these forms below:

    If that's a case, and you are the owner of that account, please note that it is created using an email address


    So, it would help if you tried to reset the account password using that email address.

    Please let us know if you are referring to something else.
