    We have launched the form and when the individuals are using it and they go to the pay option, They click on Smart Tuition/Check and hit submit. The attached screenshot shows what comes up. We don't want the PayPal option to be on there but it is forcing it.


    Please help. We are going to bill the people on the back end once they submit

    Hello @Phillicew,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    After checking the form you have shared with us, I found that it is working correctly and I can see that you have connected the Purchase Order integration to capture payments from your users. I went ahead and made a test submission on your form and I was able to submit without any issues.
