    Hi,

I have set up my order from with Autorize.net. I did a real trial run last week and it worked. Today I had a customer try to use it and it will not work. This error message pops up:

And then if they click the go-back button this pops up:

I set up for the form to be disabled on the 30th, could that be why? We are using authorize.net as our processor.

The error in the first screenshot is common with Authorize.net integration particularly with the credentials used in the settings. Please check that, and make sure that you have the correct API Login ID and Transaction Key.

Click Payment Settings > Settings icon at the top right side to check your credentials:

No, the date limit is not the reason for this problem in the form.

As for the second screenshot, I cannot replicate the problem in my test form. When you click the Go Back link in the first error, it is supposed to go back to the form. Please fix the first error first, and let us know if the issue persists.

    Thanks
