Confirm that my consent form is canceled?

    Hi there! We currently just diabled our consent form and I wanted to double check if that canceles our monthly charge and If it doesnt can you please assist me on that.

    I checked the form and it is disabled.

    To fix the issue, please update your form status and change it to "Enable". I also can see that you're subscribed to the Bronze plan. Do you want to cancel your subscription?
