    Our jotform on our website for applications is not working. The form is just gone.. can you help?

    Your account is currently suspended for violating our Terms & Conditions. It's the reason why the form is not displayed on you website. I have forwarded this to our Form Reviewers for a review. We'll keep you posted.

    We've lifted the suspension of your account. Kindly check. The suspension is due to the unusual number of submissions in your form and emails sent to your submitters.
