Form not being renamed correctly.

We renamed our form:

https://form.jotform.com/202995742363160

but it still displays "TrackWiz Feedback form" (incorrect) and not "LineStar Feedback Form" (correct). What are we missing?

I can see that you are referring to the name displayed on the browser tab. Is that correct?

You should change the page title of the form from the Form settings page as explained here: https://www.jotform.com/help/373-how-to-change-the-page-title-of-the-form
