Only seeing 1 of the 3 submissions that is indicated

My form stated 3 submissions, but I only see 1. What happened to the other 2?

I don't see them in the trash or archives.

I have checked the most recent form you have accessed in your account that has submissions and it seems to be showing all the 4 submissions the form indicates it has. I am referring to your Travelers Information form. Can you please confirm if that is still not you are seeing on your end, please?
