Remove heading section question count

On my Sessions Agreement document, there are several heading that have pages indicated that I would like to erase or endit to match the actual number of questions that I have following each particular heading. I am not seeing how to edit this. See example below

Some say 1 Question, other say 6 Questions. I would really like this removed all together but do not see an option or how it even gets there.

Is there not any phone support? I have other technical questions that email is not answeing. I would like more direct support with a live person.

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer live phone support except for our Enterprise users. You can use our support forum for the assistance you need, and we will respond to it the soonest possible time.

As to your concern, you can disable the Section Question Count option to hide the field. Please see attached screenshot:
