I chose all username I know, all mentioned "already taken", I think there are some error issue with service??!!!

    Can you please tell us the Jotform username you were trying to create? We will check.

    I checked your email account, and there is no Jotform username/account associated to it yet. It means that this email is available to register a new Jotform account.
