    Hello, first my sign-up form was disabled, and then my account suspended when I updated my email address. I realized I had incorrectly input my email address as "" when it should be "". Please respond at your earliest convenience.

    The account associated with the email address you are telling us to be incorrect is suspended due to the following reason.

    The form was found on your account (melindabecker) as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials.

    Gathering this type of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar, like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the offending field mentioned above.

    Once your account has been reactivated, you may perform a password reset on the Profile page of your account.
