    Few weeks ago I filled the booking form from one of your cients.

    I've chosen payment by card, but money is still on my account.

    Is this possible that payment is delayed or simply failed ?

    You can check the payment gateway you have used on that form if the money was processed.

    It might be in pending status.

    If you have paid using credit card, may I know how can you say that money is still in your account? Is there any indication in your credit card that it is not been charged?

    I can see there was no such transactions on my card history.
    I can not also place this massage as an answer on forum.

    Hello Michal

    Thanks for sharing the form's link that you used to send a payment through. This a form that belongs to a free user not to a customer of us like you assumed. And it's not built using a payment gateway, it took your sensitive CC info in plain text. The owner of this form will probably process your Credit Card info in a manual way.

    However, I would take actions on this unless you know the owner, I would block this payment. For now the form is now suspended as we do not tolerate this practice

    Acctually I know the owner and I don't want to make them any trouble.
    Form Belongs to Rum Expirience and it is a booking form for their rum
    university event.
    I was just afraid that I made mistake in my card nr or something, and they
    won't let me participate in the event.
    I just couldn't get any information about my payment from them so I tryed
    another way.
    I trust rum-expirience and just have some problems with communication.
    I am sorry for the confusion.

    Thanks for the additional information. However, as Jeanette said this is a prohibited practice in Jotform. So that we will wait for the reply of our user to discuss the purpose of his form and provide the proper directions if he was not informed correctly how to create the form to fit to his needs and without violating our terms of use.
