Data stored in the UK

Hello,

I'm interested in using JotForm and I was wondering if the standard plans would allow me to host my data in the UK (under HIPAA) - or do I need to purchase an Enterprise package? I'm the only person who requires access to the forms so paying $75*5 for five users doesn't make sense for my needs.

We only required a Silver subscription for our HIPAA users. First, you need to upgrade to the Silver plan and then you can apply for HIPAA compliance for free.

As for the Data in the UK, you can select to store your data in the European Union (EU) from the Data tab in your account settings. After confirmation, your form data will be copied to our European servers in Frankfurt, Germany, run by Amazon Web Services. Once the transfer is complete, you’ll be automatically redirected to eu.jotform.com upon login. There’s no need to worry about the safety of your data. JotForm is fully compliant with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation.
