Hi! I'm testing different form apps to see which will work best for my business.
I have a question about a form that I am developing...
I'm creating a form where customers are required to select a specific state and city. I need to have the state and city in separate columns on the spreadsheet.
My initial thought is to create a dropdown with states and then, when the state is chosen, have a separate dropdown that conditionally appears with the cities in that state.
Is there a way to have all of the cities go into one single column in the spreadsheet even though I'm going to have separate dropdowns for each city? Or will I have a separate column for cities in each state?
OR is there a way I can force the "Dynamic Dropdowns" widget to split the city and state into separate columns on the spreadsheet?
Thank you in advance!

If using the address field, what you can do is create a condition that will pass the value of the address field into another field. You can then use the sub-string widget to show only the text that you want to appear.
