Trouble Logging In/Password Reset Issues

    Hello,

    I am having problems accessing my account; when attempting to perform a password reset I am provided with an error message indicating 'Too Many Request'. See attached for screenshot.

    Please let me know how I can get access into my account again.

    Hello Bart - I sent a password reset to your email address, please check your inbox or spam folder to see the password reset instructions.

    If the reset password link expires, just trigger another one by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password
