Form asking end user to create an account or sign in.

I have a non-payment product order form that is ‘live’ and it’s asking end users to create an account or sign in with google or Facebook to complete the form. Is there a setting I can adjust to remover the requirement of ‘signing in’. Thanks so much - Jane

It looks like you have already set the permission to public. Are you still getting the login prompt?
