Client are unable to fill out the radio buttons

    It won’t allow to properly fill out the circles!

    I assume this is the form you are referring to, right? Based on your screenshot, it seems like the issue is happening on a mobile device only. Can you please confirm?

    I tested your form both on mobile and desktop but I was not able to replicate the issue. The radio buttons are successfully filled and working as expected.

    Can you please let us know what mobile device and browser were used when your client got this issue? So we can run some tests on the same platform and see if we'll be able to replicate the issue.

    Also, I have cleared your form's cache, can you check with your client if it's working now.

    It was happening too often so I left jotform and moved to google forms. Ths,
