Not all submissions appear in integrated spreadsheet

    Hi, we have the Google Sheets integration set up for a few of our forms. It usually works well, but once in a while, a submission doesn't appear in the integrated sheet. I do get an email notification of the submission, and it shows up on JotForm with our other submissions. This happens pretty rarely - maybe once every 2 months or so. Do you guys have any insight as to why it happens and how to fix it?

    Hi, thank you for contacting JotForm support.

    The submissions data should be sent to the integrated sheet once the integration is configured properly. Please try to redo the integration, it should reload all the existing submissions you have in your form. Re-integrating should solve the problem.
