You can have only one payment integration per form (e.g. Square or PayPal Business).

However, to be able to accept Credit Card payments along with PayPal, you may switch from 'PayPal Personal' to 'PayPal Business' or 'PayPal Checkout' integration type.

If someone is placing an order and the address box has a required * next to
it, where is the address in my submission?

    To find this screen:

    1. In the Form Builder click "Add Form Element" on the left-hand side
    2. Navigate to the middle tab "Payments"
    3. You should be able to see the payment integration you are using and find the three dots next to it

    Hi there,

I cloned and tested the account with my own PayPal account and I was able to connect.

Can you make sure that you use a PayPal business account as well as using a different browser to open and access the form? Perhaps on a Private Window or Incognito mode to prevent browser-related issues?

    Awaiting your response.

    Best.

It seems you are currently using a PayPal Standard integration in the form.

Another option is to use a 'PayPal Commerce' integration type. PayPal Commerce allows the Credit Card payments too. However, you will need a PayPal Business account to be able to use it.
