How can I change my subscription?

You said that in order for me to change my username i would have to downgrade my plan to the free plan. Fine i'll do that but will i lose the forms that i currently have on the account when i downgrade my plan since the free plan has only a limit of 5 forms?

Also, i have already paid for a year subscription that was already taken out of my account. please let me know what will happen once i downgraded my plan to basic?

1.) You will not lose any forms or submissions, your forms and submissions will remain in your account. You only need to upgrade your account as soon as we change your account username to something else.

2.) We can issue a full refund for that. However, please note that a refund will be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
