    I have created a form using the inventory widget for a bake/craft sale. The inventory boxes need to be a certain height or the item description gets cut off. I have fixed it several times and will appear normal in preview mode. After I leave the form and come back to it, its messed up again. I don't understand this because it still shows my current settings I've set in properties. The link to my form is below. Thank you!

    Your widget looks fine on my end. Can you please send us a screenshot of what you see?

    Thank you for your prompt response. It also looks like this when I view the
    link as a person filling out the form. I'm afraid when this goes live,
    people will see it like this and not be able to see the full item. I will
    add that it doesn't happen every time so it's confusing to know what the
    form will actually look like to the users clicking on my link. While
    waiting on your response, I did some research and found some CSS codes that
    could possibly fix the problem, but still the same thing happens as I
    just stated above. #customFieldFrame_12 { min-height: 130px; }
    I will note I'm using a MAC computer, not Windows. I've also included a
    screenshot of what I see when I'm in the "building" mode and my height and
    width settings, These are the settings that are standard with the original
    widget. Some of my items have a longer description so I'm not sure If this
    is where I adjust that or if I even need to.
    ALSO, one more question. You'll notice that the price of my item is
    underneath the title when you're viewing in building mode, but in your
    screen shot it's beside the item. That's how it looks on my end as well
    when I click on my link to the form. I would like for the price to be
    underneath as I have purposely edited it like that when building.

    HI, I forgot to mention I also have a CSS code to adjust the thumbnail
    size. I changed the width to "150px" from the original "175px"
    img { width: 150px !important; height: 100px !important;}

    Hi there,

    I have checked your widget and it looks fine on my end as well.

    In order to fix the issue we will need the device model, operation system version and browser details.

    Regarding the price, it should be shown underneath as in the build mode. It seems to be a glitch. I will forward it to our Developers, and as soon as we hear back from them, we will immediately let you know.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Ok. Thank you once again for all your help. I thought it might help you to
    know that I had a colleague open my form from her computer and tablet using
    my form link and she said everything looked good on her end as well. She
    uses Windows and a tablet that is not an apple based product. This made me
    think, so I opened up JotForm in a
    Google Chrome Browser instead of using Safari. Everything appeared as it
    should.
