How can we share a file (HIPPA compliant for a patient) for patient charting?

    Hi,

    We are a health and wellness company and we review medical intake and consent forms. We also fill out charting paperwork for patient. However, our doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurse all need to be able to open it, fill it out, and sign it. What is the best way to do this? If you don't have an option for this, should be just trying doing this via Zoho or Docusign instead?

    Yes, the forms can be edited after submission is completed. You can add an Edit link in your Thank you page or Autoresponse email which will show the "Edit Submission" option. Once the form is submitted, you can see the Edit Submission link. Just click on this link and you can share this Edit submission link with the participants/admin for editing.
