Whenever I create a form, it doesn't change my title page.  I put in a heading so the heading has it right and the up top edit has it right but when I put the form on foracebook, it has the title "FORM" instead of what I what.

I do my postings to facebook through hootsuite beacuse I have several pagees to post to so I need the form title showing correctly.

    Please help.

    Thanks

Hello, Kindly try to change the Page Title value, by going to the following option:

Click on Preferences on the top toolbar of the Form Editor

On the General Settings tab, look for Page Title, and try to customize the name as you wish.

    Then click on Close Settings
