Google Sheets + HIPAA Accounts: Submissions are only pushed to the Google Sheet if form owner fills/submits the form

    Submissions do not go the integrated Google Sheet. I tried from various devices/desktops. The only time a submission works is from the same computer where I am working with Jotform. I tried deleting and creating new integration - same result.

    Hello! I am able to replicate this issue at my end. Form with Google Sheets integration only works if that form is filled/submitted via the same browser oin which the form owner is signed in. This is happening on HIPAA accounts.

    I've reported this to the concerned team. We'll look into it and get back to you.

    Hello! This issue has now been fixed. All submissions from HIPAA forms are now successfully being exported to the integrated Google Sheets.
