Can't remember login for old account

Hello,

I now keep my forms under a paid account with TALMA Admissions - however, I used to have an account under TALMA Israel. I am trying to access form responses for my form: https://form.jotform.us/TalmaIsrael/Alumni

I asked for the 'forgot my password' email but I have a number of accounts through work from over the past seven years and can't seem to access. Is there any way to recover the account?

That form is currently located in the talmaisrael@gmail.com account.
