Image link in submission is not working

My form has a spot for someone to upload a picture. Once someone uploads the pic and submits for and I receive it the form is correct with no picture showing up, I click on the picture link and it comes up with the error below. Help???

I'm unable to find any account against your email address. Please provide your account username, email address, or the form URL so we can find it and provide assistance accordingly.

In case if the form has been assigned to you then the form owner must uncheck the following settings in their account so you can view the uploaded files and submissions.
