Best practice on asking for experience?

Hi, I'm trying to create a jotform to ask for track record from our clients.

As you can see on the form (screenshot attachment), asking for the details of each property is straight forward. But what about asking for additional properties since not everyone will have the same number of property experiences. Also, what is the best way to get the information from jotform to output into an excel template of that form?

I'm not sure if you can export submissions data like the format you showed us, but you can try to create your form or questionnaires using the input table.

If you want your users to dynamically add properties in your form then you can use the infinite list widget or configurable list widget.
