It shows there is a submission, but it doesn't appear on my account.

Hi, it says I have 2 submissions on this form: Inzendingen: Upload Bijlagen PO-3106 Aanvraag Toelaatbaarheidsverklaring

When I open these, there are none!!

This is about the third time I have this similar issue in the last months. Isn't it possible to solve this permanently??
