Query about emails and BCC / email tracking

Hi - I sent this email yesterday but maybe it didn't get through, so resending it now just in case:

Hi Jotform,

I have made a start using Cognito Forms to organise communication between us and our clients with regards our shipping process. However we really need the ability to BCC ourselves when an email is sent out via the software, otherwise we have no way of tracking whether an email was sent out in the first place. Things could get really messy if we can’t do this.

I’ve only just come across your software and wondered whether this is possible using your system. So, to be clear, we will need to send out emails individually to each client using the software and each time these emails are sent out it can either BCC ourselves or there is some record in the system to show that an email has been sent out.

If you could confirm whether this is possible with Jotform that would be very helpful.

To clarify, do you want to receive a notification when a form is submitted?

It is possible to setup notification and autoresponder emails in the form.

The notification email is sent to your account when a form is submitted while autoresponder email is sent to the form respondents.

However if you're referring to something else, kindly share more information on how you would like your form email to work.
