I would like to do the following:

Some forms that we have are just too long and complicated for Jot to convert to a web form. Thus we need the ability for the end user to download the form from our site to their computer, print it, scan it and upload it back. Now the downside there is that most people do not have a scanner.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for contacting us.

I'm quite not sure if I got your concerns correctly, but do correct me if I'm wrong.

If your forms are currently in PDF format, there's actually an automated way to convert your PDF forms into online web forms in JotForm.

    Here's a guide for that: https://www.jotform.com/help/548-how-can-i-import-my-own-pdf-with-smart-pdf-forms

Thus we need the ability for the end-user to download the form from our site to their computer, print it, scan it and upload it back.

Can you please elaborate more on what you're trying to accomplish? you can actually embed your forms into your website, using an iFrame code so your users can just fill out the form on your website without downloading it. Once the user has submitted the form, data are automatically saved into your JotForm account.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need any further assistance.
