Why my account is suspended?

Good day! Hi Ma'am/Sir, I would like to ask, why my account is suspended? Thank you!

Your account was suspended since it was asking for sensitive information (eg: ID Upload) which is against our Terms Of Use.

You may collect these data however you need to add a T&C and Signature widgets within your forms.

In order for us to reactivate your account, we have to delete the offending fields. Do let us know if you agree with this.
