PayPal payment: It shows error message to some of my customers.

    I created a payment form and it works sometimes, but for some of my customers they receive a message stating "Your Bank has requested additional information." They get this message after they hit submit.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your form and did not find any issue with that. You seem to have added PayPal payment tool which is integrated correctly with your PayPal account and your form should work as expected.
