Cannot view the data when downloaded on tables

I do not like the tables at all. I cannot see the whole form when I download it. I tried switching to the old form - in the top right corner - and I put in a reason and click on switch to old and nothing happens. Please help.

To clarify, do you want to view all columns in the tables?

You may adjust the fields that you would like to show in table view so that all data fields can be shown.

You can also move the scroll to your right to view the submission.

To clarify, when you download the submission as PDF, not all field data is showing?
