How can I go back to the former Excel layout?

    As part of my daily process, I have to download submissions in Excel and combine them with a master spreadsheet, so it's critical that the columns match up. With the update you pushed overnight, they don't match up any more.

    How can I revert back to the previous layout?

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us more about the issue? Please take note that there's also an option to export your data to excel in the new submission layout.

    Though if you want to go back to the OLD version of the submission page, There's an option to switch to the OLD version when inside the JotForm table view. Kindly click on your account's avatar and select "Switch To the Old version".
