Is this intentional? Our entire workflow has now been disrupted.

To clarify, when you tried to download your submission in the table view, you receive an error?
Can you please explain further the issue with the new table view?
May we know if you're trying to download the submission as PDF or excel?
I have cleared your form cache.
Let us know if the issue still remains.

Previously, prior to the release of the new "tables" feature, you could create a public password protected link of the submission view - which we used to allow clients to see their real time submissions and download bulk submissions data from the form. However, in the new release, submissions can only be used to download on private URLs with password (which requires the external party to have a jotform account).

Unfortunately, this feature is not available anymore in the tables view.
However, you can create reports out of your submission data in which you can set a password.

If you need this feature, you may switch to the old version.
Select your avatar in the table view and click "Switch to the Old Version".
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
