Appointment date keeps defaulting back today....

    I am trying to schedule appointments using the appointment feature. Everytime I leave the form, the dates switch back today, instead of the dates for which I want the appointments.

    Please include the Start and End Date of your Appointment availability so that it will be made available on the field:
