My clients are still getting an incomplete values error message

    My clients are still getting an error message please fix this I have about 20 people trying to sign contracts and it’s insane with the constant error message. Do I need to create a new form or what’s going on? Is there a limit on the forms?

    I paid $50 to upgrade my account I believe the error message is because I had over 500 forms signed so I just paid to upgrade it can you let me know if that fixed the error?

    Please note that upgrading to storage plan does not increase any of your submission limit. It just gives you unlimited submission storage.

    What is the error message that is being displayed in form? I did check the forms you have in your account and did not find any issue with that.

    I checked your account and saw that you have 53 out of 100 submissions used. I cleared your form cache. Could you please check if this solves your concern?

    Hi we are still getting an error it’s telling people they aren’t filling out all the info needed and they are... some people get it to work but others do not.
