I am trying to use critical forms in KIOSK mode = too buggy?

Can I do anything on a SAMSUNG Galaxy Tablet to enable complex Jotforms to run more smoothly?

It hesitates. It skips through 50 slides at a time, it will not permit patients to enter their date of birth. It requires a patient to wait several moments (longer than one would expect) so the patient will repeat the input (like advancing to the next slide) and when it catches up, the patient is 50 slides into the intake process. The patient has NO IDEA, they assume this is correct.

Presently it is too frustrating to be useful ... unless there is something I can do to increase the efficiency of the JotForm I am using?

I am using the Jotform App already. I can not see if I can download the jotform into the tablet and not need to run through the app? Maybe something like that?

    Thank you for your help!

    Hello @DougSk,

Our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

There are no additional settings to adjust the responsiveness of the form on mobile devices. However, please note that the forms are built to be responsive to any mobile device.

I went ahead and tested your form via my own mobile devices Samsung Galaxy s10 and iPhone 11 and the form seems to be working correctly via the mobile browser. I cannot test your form via Kiosk Mode as I cannot access your mobile app. However, I tested the Kiosk Mode for some of my sample forms and it is working fine on my end.

The issue may be related to the device you are using or perhaps you have an older version of the App. I would suggest that you try updating the JotForm App on your device and then syncing your forms before trying again.

Also, since I was able to get the form to work via a mobile browser, you may also consider simply accessing the form via the browser on your tablet. Can you kindly give this a try and let us know if the form is working better via the browser?

We look forward to your response.
