How can I automate importing submission data to a table then exporting the table to Excel

I'd like to automate a process using Windows scheduler that periodically imports recent submission data to a table, then exports the table to Excel, and repeats this process with any new submissions that were input after the last import to table. Is this possible?

When you import submissions, you can then download them as Excel.

It is not possible to import more submissions to the table with imported data, but you can manually add new entries or import the new data to another table.
