How to switch out old PDF to new PDF format?

    Hello,

    I have a form made: Frannexus Confidential Questionnaire and it is currently connected to the original PDF, but I have created a new PDF from the form, and would prefer the end product to go into the new PDF. How do I connect it to the new form properly?

    In order to update the PDF on your web form please visit the following link https://www.jotform.com/build/201174678524054/upload and click on Update PDF.

    You will be prompted to upload the new PDF file
