Can't access thread.

    I was in the middle of a help thread and now I can't access it anymore? This was the latest correspondence emailed to me:

    This belongs to the following account details.

    Username: bakerjw90

    Account Email: Useyourowndamnemail@gmail.com

    Unfortunately, my colleague is not available as of this moment, but kindly enlighten us on the issue so we can pick up where he left off?

    Does the account username: bakerjw90 belong to you and you are not able to access it?

    If so, you may Reset the password so a reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

    Hey Kenneth,

    the main issue is that I cannot access my account because I forgot the password and I cannot retrieve the password because I signed up with a dummy email.

    To go into a bit more detail, I created a dummy account with a dummy email and ended up doing a lot of work on it. I created and submitted several forms that I need to have. Turns out, I also created a password that I didn't record, so I now cannot access that account. The username and email associated with that account are bakerjw90 and Useyuorowndmanemail@gmail.com (I had this coming...). How can we get access to this account? I need that data for work.

    Hi there,

    Since the email on the account is verified I assume that you are able to access the email address for username: bakerjw90

    If that is the case, then you are able to reset the password, upon checking the email logs it seems that you initiated it multiple times. Have you not been able to receive the reset link?

    Please check your Spam Folder as well, it might have been routed there, and please note that the reset link is valid for 5 minutes.

    Unless the verification email was sent to one of my other email addresses below I did not verify the email.

    josh.baker.eng@gmail.com or joshua.baker@abraxasenergy.com

    Each of these email addresses have a Jotform account associated with them, but they are not the same account linked to bakerjw90. Apparently the email address I made up is someone's real account and they verified it? I tried sending them a personal email, but haven't gotten a response.

    You're sure the account for bakerjw90 has been verified? Not confusing with the other two accounts? If not, what is the next step to getting my data in that account?

    Username: bakerjw90 is associated with email address: Useyourowndamnemail@gmail.com unless you are able to access the email to receive the reset link, we won't be able to authorize you in the account. You may create a new account and we will delete this one to avoid the data being exposed and available.
