How can I add Moneris to my JotForm?

    Hello - I created two forms and now I would like to add moneris payment to the form. However, I realized I am not able to do this. Is there a way to add it, without creating new forms? Thank you for your help. Just signed up for your silver package. Marie

    Hi, @Marie. How are you?


    You should be able to set this integration in whatever form that you have. It is strange if you are not able to do it. Are you facing some error messages? If yes, please provide us a screenshot. Here is a guide.

    Follow the guide below. It will show step-by-step how to set up the connection. Please, consider that STEP4 is the most important one. You will need to go to Moneris Dashboard and get your credentials.

    Hello Gustavo - when I go to select the Moneris, under payment, it is not available. It won't allow me to select that option. see below.

    Whenever you create your Product List, Moneris will appear as disabled. That is because we can't have two Product List in a form. In the screenshot below, you can see that the Product List itself is disabled to be used again.

    It's a straightforward fix. You will need to delete the Product List Widget and add the Moneris Widget. Don't worry, this widget will automatically use the product list you have already created. Please see the screencast.

    Apply the same in your form, and you will be able to set up Moneris using the guide I shared with you.

    THANK YOU, GUSTAVO. It worked.

    I do have another question - is there a way to connect a particular field, with a specific code entered into that field that will pull up a specific shipping fee. For example:

    On my form - I have a field called: Group code: When a code is entered into that field, it tells us the person filling out the product form belongs to one of our partners, like: Salvation Army. When that client completes the product form and orders a computer from us - that group code represents a specific shipping fee. Is there a way to automate this process. For now, I have created multiple shipping fees - which I will add group code info in the description and ask clients to pick the shipping fee that relates to their group code. Not really a good idea, as client will then see all the various shipping fee options. HELP.
