Adding the existing Webpage URL into the Form

Hi. Would it be possible to somehow include the URL of the webpage that a form is embedded in into the JotForm? We work in Printing and setting up an automated Artwork Approval process. If the customer chooses to Reject the artwork. The Art Automation software we're using sends that customer to a Reject Form webpage where we will embed a JotForm so the customer can tell us the reason for the rejection. Along with that customer's reason we also need to include the Job ID for that artwork.

Each Job ID is added to the URL of that Reject Form by the Art Automation software dynamically. For example if a customer rejects Job001, the Art Automation software will create a Reject Form webpage with the url - mywebsite.com/Job001.html (adding that Job ID after the slash in the URL). Is there a way we can add the Job ID from that URL into the JotForm that will be embedded into that Reject Form webpage?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hello,

If I understand correctly you wanted to include the URL where the form is embedded?

For example, if the form is embedded in the URL mywebsite.com/Job001.html you wanted to save the URL in the form?

If yes, you can use the following widget https://www.jotform.com/widgets/get-form-page-url.

Get Form Page URL performs a simple function: It detects the webpage where you embedded the form and provides the page URL each time the form is submitted.
