I am new to JotForms. I created a form that I sent my wife as a test. It appears that she had to sign in using Facebook or Google or create an account. Is this correct? She completed the form but we cannot determine how to submit as there is no submission box. I'm trying to figure this out so I can direct my clients correctly.
I would like to have my clients complete and submit without needed to sign-in to JotForms. If they must sign-in, it would be more trouble than it's worth. Thanks.

Hello Brian,
I assumed that you are referring to this form, 202706126566050, correct? I have checked your form, and it seems that the form is set to Private Form:
To verify, did you send the form by sending an invite through this page?
If it is, then this is a way of assigning the form, and the assignee is required to sign up for a free account. Please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/features/assign-forms/.
However, you can switch the form to public mode, then share the form through the email servicing feature on the form builder: how-to-send-a-form-via-email, and this will not ask your users to sign up for an account.
As for the submit button, on the form builder, select the last field on your form, then access the Form Elements tab and scroll down to select the Submit button to add it to your form:
I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

end user submit the form? I did change the form to public use.

You would need to add the submit button from the Form Elements tab. However, it seems that you were able to add it on the form as I have checked it:
