Is it possible for a pdf form to be received that is not 'flat'?

Hi, Is it possible for a pdf form to be received that is not 'flat' i.e. i receive a pdf form back containing the input details but i am then not able to export it into an adobe forms file to then import to a different pdf. It does allow you to export but because the file is flat it loses its field names etc.

I understand that you receive the PDF document containing your form submissions. But, you need it in some other format. Is that correct?

Please note that PDF documents received from our end can be easily opened in Adobe.

Could you explain what exactly are you referring to so that we could assist you accordingly?
