Scrapping data from a pdf to include into form

Hi working with a practice that does medical testing. We would like to extract data from various .pdf forms and include them into a patient summary form. Is this possible with JotForm?

It is not possible to import fields from various .pdf forms to create a single form. You can only import one form at a time.

Once you import all your forms, you can use the Field Manager app to move all fields to one form.
