I cannot see the attached PDF to my notification email

    We are having issues with our completed forms. Once a member fill it out, we get an email with the completed form. We are unable to figure out how to include a downloadable PDF version of the form as well.

    You can certainly include PDF attachments in the emails.

    Hello,
    We are still not receiving the PDF when submitting a new form. I tried the test email and it does not include a PDF

    Hello,

    I suggest that you make sure notification emails are working by filling out the form entirely instead of using the "TEST EMAIL" button.

    I have sent a test submission to your form. Did you receive the attached PDF document?
